At the recently concluded African Renaissance Retreat in Kigali, Dr. James Mwangi, the chief executive officer of Equity Group, joined other top African leaders to discuss transformative strategies for driving meaningful change on the continent.

With 60 per cent of Africa’s population under 25, economic recovery hinges on empowering the continent’s young and innovative workforce to unlock new opportunities. Equity’s Africa Recovery and Resilience Plan (ARRP) seeks to enable this by driving sustainable growth and building resilience across key sectors, including agriculture, trade, and manufacturing.
