Tanzanian music icon Lady JayDee is set to release her new single titled ‘Po Po’, which will be available for streaming here soon.

“This song is to thank God for everything He has done for me,” she said. “I have been through so much during my 25-year career: the battles, the wins, the ups and downs, the tears, and the victories. Many people I started with are no longer in the picture, but He gave me the courage to overcome whatever came my way. And here I am today, celebrating my 25th anniversary in music. He truly made me brave.”
Reflecting on her career, the artist, widely known as the ‘Queen of Bongo Flava,’ said that many colleagues who started alongside her are no longer present, sharing her gratitude for overcoming challenges that came her way.
