Winners are then determined based on 20 core culture metrics.

· Best Company Culture, evaluating employee feedback in core metrics that contribute to a positive workplace culture (CEO, executive team, manager, career growth, compensation, perks, benefits, work environment, employee net promotion score [eNPS], company outlook, retention, happiness, work-life balance, and so forth).
Comparably analysed more than 15 million anonymous employee ratings on 70,000 companies to determine the latest rankings, with comprehensive data on large and small organisations in nearly 20 workplace categories. Unlike traditional review sites, Comparably utilises data only from verified, current employees.
