Wanavokali drops Vibes & Vokals album

Kenyan music group Wanavokali has released their highly anticipated second album Vibes & Vokals. This sophomore album embodies the collective’s goal of producing feel-good pop music that radiates positive energy while showcasing their signature stellar vocals.

Vibes & Vokals embodies its theme through and through. From the onset, Wanavokali’s goal with this album project has been to produce feel-good pop music that radiates positive energy and showcases their signature stellar vocals; all while conveying a meaningful message.

The album’s uniqueness lies in its diversity. This project boasts of 10 tracks spanning a variety of Afro-pop genres, showcasing the collective’s identity as youthful, vibrant and energetic individuals.

Some of the genres showcased in this album include Kapuka, Arban Tone, Rhumba, Afrobeat, Afro-house and Amapiano. The music explores various themes such as love and desire, selfactualization, and women empowerment.

Additionally, the album features collaborations from a varied pool of producers and musicians whose contributions further enriched the diversity of the project. Notably, Iyanii, Brand Maina and Nyokabi Macharia feature in the album, who each bring a distinct sonic identity that resonates with audiences.
